Wholesome Wednesday|Commitment

Mid-week encouragement for us all to stay motivated. If you have set a goal, push yourself to achieve it. You CAN do this. Find the inspiration that sets the fire.

If you’re having a bad day or facing a bigger challenge, remember why you started in the first place. Look for solutions and never give up. Connect with that desire and restore your mental block. Examine your obligations and priorities. Don’t over commit.  Drop the excuses. Learn to become disciplined.

Whether it is a promise made to another person or yourself, a fitness goal, spiritual goal, being a part of a team project, or any other commitment you’ve made, following through with your promise will be a fundamental principle of success for your future. (And for those you influence and their future too.)
